Every session begins by listening to what your body is communicating in the present moment. Rather than following a fixed routine, treatment is guided by skilled touch, careful observation, and an understanding of the nervous system. As the body begins to settle, space is created for deeper regulation, restoration, and lasting change. No two sessions are ever the same. Cancellation Policy
LUMA HAVEN — Reservation Policy • 48+ hours’ notice: cancellation or rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability. • 24–48 hours’ notice: a 50% cancellation fee applies. • Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: the full session fee (100%) applies. • We invite you to arrive a little early to enjoy the Welcome Lounge before your treatment. It is an integral part of the LUMA HAVEN experience.
