Service Description
Every session begins with where you are that day. Your body gives us information through the way you breathe, move, hold tension and respond to touch. The treatment develops from there, combining therapeutic massage, deep tissue and fascial work, stretching, movement and energy work. Somatic work brings your own awareness into the session. You begin to notice what you feel from within your body, and how it responds as we work. This gives us a fuller picture than physical tension alone. The nervous system is part of that picture too. When life asks a lot of us, the body can stay switched on long after the day has slowed down. The session gives your system time to settle and experience rest again. Rest and relaxation should feel natural. LUMA HAVEN — Reservation Policy • 48+ hours’ notice: cancellation or rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability. • 24–48 hours’ notice: a 50% cancellation fee applies. • Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: the full session fee (100%) applies. • We invite you to arrive a little early to enjoy the Welcome Lounge before your treatment.
