An introductory session designed to gently introduce you to the work at LUMA HAVEN.

The session begins with a thorough consultation to assess your current state, followed by 75 minutes of hands-on bodywork, allowing space to arrive and settle. Combining therapeutic massage, fascia-focused techniques, nervous system-informed touch and energetic awareness, each session unfolds according to what your body reveals in the moment. There is no predetermined sequence and no need to choose a treatment style in advance. All that is required of you is to simply arrive. It is a space where your body is met with attention, care and responsiveness. Reserved for first time clients.

LUMA HAVEN — Reservation Policy • 48+ hours’ notice: cancellation or rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability. • 24–48 hours’ notice: a 50% cancellation fee applies. • Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: the full session fee (100%) applies. • We invite you to arrive a little early to enjoy the Welcome Lounge before your treatment. It is an integral part of the LUMA HAVEN experience.
